1. Data we collect
We only collect the data necessary for Rumode to work:

2. Invites and access control
New users join by invitation: the company admin sends an invite by email, and the person accepts access from their own phone. Each role (admin, engineer, finance, client) has a different level of access to the company's data.
3. Offline operation and syncing
Rumode lets you keep logging the site diary and taking photos even without signal on site. During that time, data is saved on the device itself and sent to our servers automatically as soon as the internet connection is restored.
4. How we store data
Company, site and site-diary data is stored on servers with security controls designed to ensure that each company can only access its own data. The audit history logs the actions taken on the account, making it possible to trace changes.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell, rent or share your company's data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes. Data is used exclusively for Rumode to work, including generating PDF reports that the company itself shares with its clients.
6. Data retention and deletion
Data remains stored for as long as the company account exists. To request deletion of the company account and the data linked to it, contact the admin responsible for the account or our support team.
7. Your rights (LGPD)
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018), you can:
- Access the data associated with your account;
- Correct profile or company information;
- Request the deletion of your account and the data linked to it;
- Request information about how your data is shared.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, with the updated date revised at the top.
